Terms and Conditions of our Spanish language expeditions

Bookings and ways of payment

A first payment (50% of your chosen program total price) will be made upon reservation of the course through a bank transfer or via PayPal. A second payment can be made at any time before your arrival or even at your arrival.

Reservations must be made 45 days in advance to arrange everything. The bookings, in any case, are subject to availability. Anyway don´t hesitate to write us at any moment and ask if any student slot may become available due to cancellations less than 45 days before the beginning of the block program. 

Cancellations

If the cancellation takes place 30 days or more before the beginning of the course, 25% of the total cost of the program will not be refunded. If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the total cost of the course will not be refunded. If the cancellation is done after the agreed date for the beginning of the course, 100% of the total cost of the course must be paid and there will not be any refund.

Beginning and end of our Spanish Immersion Programs

The program is made up of week blocks. Each block is made up of 4 weeks.

Student residence check-in day are Sundays from 14:00 a.m.

Check out day are Sundays before 10:00 a.m.

Public liability

All the daily activities taking place out of the premises of Celtic Spain School are done under the exclusive responsibility of our students. In any case, none of these activities is listed as a risk activity.

Other activities offered on our website, listed as risk activities, are responsibility of the companies hired by Celtic Spain School. Anyway, it will be student responsibility if those activities are done by the student out of the premises of those companies. 

You must tell us if you have any food intolerance or any other health issue which we should be told. 

The student residence reserves the right to charge a deposit or a final balance due charge for possible damages.
